"I’m shocked by the poor service from this office. I’ve been chasing them for weeks over damage to my car that occurred out of state. Their phone reps were rude, constantly interrupting me. Free advice for Dan: this is not the way to keep customers happy. Eventually, I was told they "don’t appreciate me calling about this issue." I’ve been a Dan Combs customer for years—my father was a Dan Combs State Farm customer as well, making me a generational client. My dad switched years ago after having similar bad experiences, and now I will be doing the same. I used to work with Jennifer Solis, who was an absolute rockstar. Since her departure, the entire tone of my experience with this office has changed for the worse. TL;DR: They’re quick to take your money, but if you need anything from them, you’ll just be told you’re annoying. Update: please don’t gaslight the good people here Dan. Before you took over the call to tell me you don’t appreciate me calling, your agent insisted on interrupting me over and over again. That’s a great way to escalate a conversation into disrespect. Most of the agents I spoke with in your office had no idea what subrogation is which is why I had to call so many times. Perhaps training your staff is another thing you might want to consider. I’d hope you could take all this as constructive criticism."
